I. Product Introduction

The HC-7 series is a range of hot melt adhesives primarily made from EVA resin, with tackifying resin, wax, and antioxidants as auxiliary components. These adhesives are mainly used for sealing cartons and paper boxes. The series is suitable for general corrugated cardboard, high-gloss cardboard, and laminated cardboard, offering fast curing speed and excellent high-temperature resistance. It is ideal for fast production line requirements.

IV. Usage Instructions

This product can be directly applied to various nozzle systems.

Recommended operating temperature: 160-180°C. To ensure effective thermal compensation in the adhesive system, it is recommended to set a temperature gradient of 2-5°C increase between the glue tank, glue hose, and nozzle.

Operating pressure: 2.5-5.5 Bar, depending on the amount of adhesive applied and the application temperature.
