I. Product Introduction

The ACS Small Foam Disinfection System generates acidified sodium chlorite (ASC) through a chemical reaction, and then uses a program-controlled system to deliver the solution to the surfaces of various equipment that require disinfection. This system is designed for cleaning and disinfecting the surfaces of equipment in packaging workshops, such as conveyor belts, filling machines, and sealing machines.

II. Product Features

• Fully Automatic Control， Once the relevant parameters are set, the system automatically prepares and dilutes the disinfectant solution. It periodically rinses and disinfects the areas of the filling machine and conveyor belt using nozzles and spray bars.

• The system can operate in a one-to-one configuration (i.e., one device cleans one production line) or a one-to-two configuration (i.e., one device cleans two production lines).
